Database Management is all of the above. It's the gathering of information about ministries & people and keeping it all together in one place so you can pull it out whenever you need it. However, it does you no good to have the information if it is not easily accessible. Database Management is also custom. First, we talk with you in depth to decide what kind of information you want or need to track. Second, we design ways for you to gather the information. Third, depending on the software of your choice, we decide what would be the best way of getting that information into your software. Then we will develop ways within your software to track the information and, last, we will help you design custom reports enabling you to access or pull this information out.
